Step 1: Boost Serum - activating serum that relaxes the hairs so you can mold them into place (8 minutes for fine hair; 10 minutes for medium hair; 12 minutes for coarse hair).
Step 2: Neutralizing Cream - stops the serum and fixes the lashes and brow hairs into their new shape (8 minutes for fine hair; 10 minutes for medium hair; 12 minutes for coarse hair). 
Step 3: Hair Repair - this step is the essential aftercare to restore the health of your client's lashes and brow hairs (3 minutes).
Each step comes individually boxed and labeled for ease of use.
